SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Program Description

This messaging program sends appointment confirmations, reminders, and service-related messages to customers who have booked an appointment with Snappy Bin Operations LLC through our website (www.snappybin.com), scheduling forms, or phone bookings, and have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications. Opt-in consent is collected via web forms with a dedicated SMS opt-in checkbox. Messages include scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling updates, and customer support communications.

2. Opt-In Consent

By checking the SMS opt-in box on our booking form, you explicitly consent to receive SMS messages from Snappy Bin Operations LLC. We maintain records of your opt-in for compliance purposes. Opt-in is voluntary and does not affect your ability to book or receive services.

3. Opt-Out

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting "STOP" to the number that sent you a message. You will receive a confirmation message. After confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-opt-in.

Our SMS program works with all major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers.

8. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in our SMS program.

9. TCPA Compliance

We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CTIA guidelines, and state-specific texting laws regarding SMS communications. All messages are service-related and sent only to opted-in customers.
