By using www.snappybin.com (the "Site") or engaging Snappy Bin Operations LLC for dumpster rental services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, SMS Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and SMS Terms.
1. Services
Snappy Bin Operations LLC provides 15-yard dumpster rental services to homeowners and contractors in Park City, Utah and surrounding areas. Specific rental terms, pricing, prohibited materials, and service conditions are provided at the time of booking.
2. Booking & Payment
Online ordering is handled through our website via secure checkout. Homeowner rentals require full payment upfront. Contractor accounts require a credit card on file with billing via monthly invoice. Specific payment terms are disclosed at booking. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your card or account for services rendered.
3. Rental Inclusions & Weight Overages
Each rental includes disposal of up to 2 tons. Weight in excess of the included tonnage is billed to the card or account on file at the overage rate in effect at the time of booking, as disclosed on our pricing page and at checkout. By booking, you authorize this charge.
4. Prohibited Materials
Customers may not place hazardous materials, tires, mattresses, refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, propane tanks, fire extinguishers, aerosol cans, batteries (lead-acid and lithium-ion), motor oil, gasoline, oil-based or wet paint, solvents, chemicals, pesticides, fertilizers, household cleaners, medical waste, asbestos, dead animals, or any other restricted items in our dumpsters.
This list is not exhaustive, and additional restrictions may apply. The restrictions in effect are provided at booking; if you are unsure whether an item is allowed, ask us before loading it. Prohibited materials found in a returned dumpster will result in remediation fees charged to the customer. Responsibility for the contents of the dumpster rests with the customer who booked the rental, regardless of who physically loads it.
5. Premium Service Areas
Additional fees apply for deliveries to tight-access, gated, or premium mountain locations, including: Empire Pass, Deer Valley, The Colony at White Pine Canyon, Glenwild, Promontory, Bald Eagle Club, Red Cloud, Old Town, and other areas as determined at booking.
6. Delivery & Placement Access
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and unobstructed access for delivery and pickup at the agreed time, including any gate codes or instructions. If we are unable to deliver or retrieve the dumpster because access is blocked or unavailable, a trip fee may apply, and the rental period — and any applicable daily extension charges — continues until pickup can be completed.
7. Rental Period & Extensions
Your rental period and end date are set at booking. Keeping the dumpster beyond that period incurs a daily extension charge at the posted rate, billed to the card or account on file. This includes time the dumpster remains on site because access for pickup was not available.
8. Care of Equipment
While the dumpster is in your possession, you agree to take reasonable care to avoid damaging it. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to the doors, damage to or removal of the labels and markings on the dumpster, and removal of or damage to the GPS tracker or other attached equipment. Loss or theft of the dumpster, and damage beyond reasonable wear, may result in charges to the card or account on file.
9. Property Surfaces & Damage Claims
Customer is responsible for property surfaces where the dumpster is placed. Snappy Bin is not liable for damage to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces unless caused by our gross negligence. You agree to inspect the property before and after delivery. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours. See our Refund Policy for claims procedures.
10. Advertising & Tracking
Our Site uses advertising and analytics technologies including Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Insight Tag to measure performance and serve targeted advertisements. By using our Site, you consent to these tracking technologies. You can manage your preferences through your browser settings and the advertising preference centers of these platforms. 11. SMS Communications
We may send you appointment confirmations, reminders, and service communications via SMS if you have opted in. You can opt out at any time by texting "STOP." Standard message and data rates apply. See our SMS Terms and SMS Privacy Policy for details.
12. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel service due to weather, unsafe conditions, access restrictions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, we will notify you and offer rescheduling or a refund credit.
13. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and code, is the property of Snappy Bin Operations LLC and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify content without permission.
14. Disclaimers
The Site and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee service availability or error-free operation.
15. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Snappy Bin be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the rental.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snappy Bin Operations LLC and its officers, directors, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Site or services, or violation of applicable law.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in Park City, Utah.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date above will reflect updates. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
